Aqua Run Pool Parties 

A pool party is £250. This includes the large inflatable for an hour, the lifeguards it takes to supervise the session and the use of our conservatory or patio area (weather dependent) afterwards for up to an hour.

We don't offer catering but previous pool parties have used the conservatory/patio area afterwards (it's small but we have some large tables to get the kids round) for cake, party food or even order pizza in. We only ask you to clear away the rubbish.

The maximum age on the inflatable is 12, any under 8's must be accompanied by an adult (an adult is classed as 16+ and a competent swimmer) at a ratio of 1:1 with the adult in the pool with them. We can have up to 35 people in the pool in total and 20 spectators on the poolside, we have no dedicated viewing area but we have benches on the poolside for folks to watch.

Our inflatable finishes with a slide into the 2m deep end of the pool, due to a recent pool party where 50% of participants couldn't swim despite the hirer telling us all could swim, so prior to the session we now conduct a short Swim assessment of 10m in the deep end all swimmers going in the pool must compleat this.

All participants ideally should be able to do this without the need for a buoyancy aid, if a buoyancy aid is required then this is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to provide.

To avoid disappointment this should be established before arriving at the pool, please note if any participant that doesn't achieve the swim assessment they will not be allowed on the inflatable, they can stay in the pool but at a safe depth, please also note we do not provide buoyancy aids.

A party is not confimed until a hire agreement has been completed out and payment has been recieved.

NOTE - Swim Odiham DO NOT provide buoyancy aids, this is the responsibility of the parents/guardians.
