Our 25-meter pool is divided into three pace zones so you can swim comfortably at your own speed:
Slow Lane: Perfect for a gentle, low-impact workout, water mobility, or a leisurely breaststroke.
Medium Lane: Ideal for steady, continuous lengths and building cardiovascular fitness.
Fast Lane: Designed for those looking to maintain a brisker, high-intensity pace.
After your swim, you are welcome to use our communal changing facilities and warm showers to freshen up.
